Nov. 6

I can't believe it's the last day. I'm tired and I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I will be updating all of these pages in the near future, so visit again!

After working on our education projects, we presented our Pink Group facilitator, Beth Dye, with a gift. She was the glue that kept us together. Thank you, Beth! (By the way, nobody cried here.... honest.)

This was my debriefing group, the "Pinks." To my fellow pinkos, you are all kindred spirits. Thank you for your warmth and honesty. Cheers!!

Here are the B.C. educators who attended the Institute.

Afterwards, I went back to my favourite museum in Ottawa, the National Art Gallery. I've got a few more shots of the museum and some more of my favourite paintings.

Wow! This was quite a trip. I indulged my interests in government, history and art. I met some wonderful, dedicated teachers who have become my friends. I felt reinvigorated about my teaching profession. And I finally got to know my capital city. What more could you ask for?

Before I sign off, I would like to thank all of the people in Ottawa who made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience. To all of you who haven't been part of this institute, make your participation a "must" in your near future.

Good-bye and take care!
